:The production of these products consists of three steps

A: Zargari

Zargari, making and preparing an object  made of copper, brass , bronze or silver, that turquoise installed on it. This is done by the person who called the goldsmith. Then a part of the object that  the turquoise should be installed on it is soldered by a narrow string of metal.

B: FIROZEKOBI

At first, the artist buys turquoise rubble from turquoise workshops or turquoise mines.

Because with these turquoise particles there are some of soils and rocks, they are first.

separated and cleaned. Then the turquoise stones are separated and divided in size by size. Then the artist pails the object  at about 30 ° C and attaches the lacquer to the object . When the lacquer is warm, the turquoise is glued onto the object .Then the extra lacquer and turquoise pieces are shaved.

After the completion of this step, if there are any disassembling areas, it will again heat the object and repair the separated  parts with fine-grained and powdered varnish. And then the surface of the object is rubbed and polished.

C:polishing

Polishing is the last step of firoze kobi which is done in two steps.

In the first step, the artist clears the dark layer on the metal parts of the object  that created during the firoze kobi operation, by special tools. Then they polish these metal parts to make them clear.

In the second stage, the turquoise surfaces are polished with olive oil or sesame oil to make them clear and shiny.
